Following a £20M Grand Challenge Award from CRUK, The Cancer Cachexia Action Network (CanCAN), a team of transatlantic scientists led by Eileen White, will be addressing the fundamental mechanisms underlying cancer-induced cachexia. The Glasgow CanCAN lab is a newly established interdisciplinary team set up to investigate the systemic and tumour specific metabolic determinants of and responses to cancer cachexia.
We are seeking a postdoctoral scientist with experience in some or all of the following areas:
